Comprehensively assess and review executive competencies to create an CPD plan using the Institute of Directors (IoD) Director Competency Framework

Certification is on successful completion of the programme and review of post programme coaching logs.
The NLP elements of the programme are accredited by ANLP CIC International and this is accompanied by 3 months complimentary membership of ANLP**
The programme also includes the option of the ILM Level 7 Qualification in Coaching and Mentoring with additional related assignments to be completed post-course.

Techniques for working with highly motivated clients.
Post course:
Coaching Assignments and Logs: delegates will be asked to complete and log 3 coaching sessions within one month of programme completion in order to obtain certification.
