By the end of this Certificated* programme you will be able to:
Have an expanded repertoire of creative coaching approaches to work with clients up to and including Senior Executive level.
Get yourself and your client into the optimum state for an effective coaching session and beyond
An awareness of and confidence in selecting incisive questions that will shift your clients’ thinking
Comprehensively assess and review executive competencies to create an CPD plan using the Institute of Directors (IoD) Director Competency Framework

Certification is on successful completion of the programme and review of post programme coaching logs.
The NLP elements of the programme are accredited by ANLP CIC International and this is accompanied by 3 months complimentary membership of ANLP**
The programme also includes the option of the ILM Level 7 Qualification in Coaching and Mentoring with additional related assignments to be completed post-course.

Who is this programme aimed at: delegates with existing coaching experience and/or a coaching qualification, who want to take their coaching skills to an advanced level: including coaching clients at Director/Board level.

IOD Director Competency Framework: practical exercise in using these to elicit development needs and CPD plan
Techniques for working with highly motivated clients.
Post course:
Coaching Assignments and Logs: delegates will be asked to complete and log 3 coaching sessions within one month of programme completion in order to obtain certification.
